Workshop Context

This workshop is delivered as two-days offline classes or four half-days online classes with exercises between sessions. Regardless of the chosen format, each workshop is focused on pragmatic experience and working on real-life examples.

The workshop was a great experience. As a trainer, Markus managed to convey these sometimes difficult topics in a very good and understandable way. Highly recommended.

Raul AraujoFlight Levels does indeed fill a very real gap in agile transformations. The FLIN course builds basics and the FL2D and FLSA build on top of the foundation with real world scenarios.
