If you conclude contracts with us and/or or set up a user account we will process the personal data you provide to us as further explained in Section 5.

5.1 Inquiries and conclusion of contracts

We process the personal data you share with us if you contact us out of interest in our services, e.g. via our contact form and/or would like to enter into a contract with us.

We will store this data for 90 days in case of follow-up questions regarding your inquiry and thereafter delete this data. In case you enter into a contract with us, we store such data for as long as the term of the respective contract and will delete this data as soon as the contract expires unless we are obligated or entitled to store such data beyond this point of time.

Unless stated otherwise in the following sections, the legal basis for the data processing associated therewith is Art. 6 (1) b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures and performance of a contract).

In order to be become part of Flight Levels Academy you must set up a personal user account (hereinafter “account”). For this purpose, you need to provide us with the following personal information: full name, email address, shipping address, credit card.

By having an account, you receive access to the following services of Flight Levels:

  • Information on Flight Levels;
  • Information and links to numerous workshops and sign-up options on referred to partner websites
  • Participation Certificates after workshop completion, to be directly provided by Accredible to user via email with download link.

After a successful registration, the user automatically receives a confirmation link sent by e- mail that the user must click on to activate the account. In this way, the user concludes the contract for the provision of the account with us. In addition, users may update their personal data in their account at any time.

The user may terminate his or her contract for the provision of the account at any time. The easiest way to do this is to send an informal e-mail to […]. Following such termination of your account, we will delete your personal data unless we are obligated or entitled to store such data beyond this point of time.

5.3 Newsletter

We offer all users the opportunity to register for and receive an email newsletter separately from having a user account.
