One thing that I particularly liked about the workshop was how one can be ready to take off and find the missing links between strategy and implementation by the delivery teams. This is a phenomenal class, beautifully designed by the Flight Levels Academy and wonderfully delivered by Nagesh Sharma. Keep up the great work of enlightening the world as a torchbearer!

As always, it was a pleasure to listen to Klaus’ presentations: Clear, to the point, insightful and funny. The FL3D Self Paced Workshop is a very good alternative to the In-Person Workshop if you need to be flexible with your schedule. I look forward to applying my knowledge in my daily work soon.

I attended the FL3D workshop provided by Craeg Strong and Ariel Partners with 2 other Agile Coach peers. We were able to come out of the workshop with FL3 prototypes in Miro, which covered three separate use cases. The combination of material for understanding, patterns to help with our design, and a knowledgeable and talented trainer/guide made this an extremely valuable workshop for our organization. We are just getting started with Flight Levels and now have to tools needed to design FL3 systems working with the people IN the systems.

Klaus ist ein wahrer Meister. Sein Kurs zog einige sehr helle Köpfe an. Von ihm und mit den andere im Kurs zu lernen war eine echte Bereicherung. Werde noch lange Zeit beim Reflektieren über den Kurs(-inhalt) neue Erkenntnisse gewinnen können.
