The workshop is delivered as a live/online format. It will take place on 4 half days.
Product & Portfolio Managers, Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, Team Leads, Transformation Leads, and anyone responsible for cross-functional collaboration who wants to design and implement a Flight Level 2 system.
A basic understanding of Flight Levels is recommended (e.g. Flight Levels Introduction / FLIN). No prior Businessmap experience is needed - we'll guide you through everything during the workshop.
No. The workshop is designed so that you learn Businessmap hands-on as part of the experience. You'll receive access before the workshop to get familiar with the interface.
You receive a full Businessmap workspace for 90 days where you can model, refine, and run your Flight Level 2 system. This allows you to continue working with the system you built during the workshop.
After the trial period, you can continue with a regular Businessmap subscription to keep your FL2 system running. Your data and configuration will be preserved.
Yes. This is an officially certified Flight Levels workshop. Upon completion, you receive a Certificate of Completion issued by the Flight Levels Academy.
After payment you will receive an access code from us. You can redeem it directly or pass it on to a colleague. When the access code is redeemed, it will confirm your registration.
