I hold a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in International Trade. Starting my career in the wholesale industry in 2005, I have been working as a consultant and project manager in the energy sector since 2010 constantly seeking for further challenges and development opportunities.

My professional experiences with a strong focus on IT projects, regulatory audits and strategic planning and my capability to foster cross-functional collaboration within large-sized project teams have built the perfect foundation for my current undertaking to actively shape how employees of the leading energy exchange work and interact with each other when implementing changes.

Together with my team, I am proud to implement the companies strategy to build secure, successful and sustainable commodity markets worldwide by managing the change portfolio while developing the framework towards a higher level of agility and empowerment at the same time based on the Flight Level Methodology.
