About Mathias

Born in 1983 and grew up on the beautiful Baltic coast near Rostock.

Since 2005, I've called Hamburg my home. After completing my training in wholesale and foreign trade, I transitioned into the startup world, where I discovered my passion for software development.

I first encountered Scrum in 2009, and since 2011, I’ve been supporting startups and larger companies in adopting modern ways of working as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach. Since 2014, I’ve been passionate about Kanban, and in 2019, I became one of the few Accredited Kanban Trainer and Consultant at it-agile.

In my free time, I love exploring Europe in a camper van with my family.
