We’re excited to announce that the Flight Levels Future Lab 08 (FLFL08) is happening on November 06-07, 2025. Join us live and in person in Caleta de Fuste, Fuerteventura, Spain - a beautiful location on the Canary Islands, providing a relaxed and inspiring atmosphere ideal for focused and productive work. FLFL08 is a gathering designed for Flight Levels Professionals and selected experts to shape the future of Flight Levels together. Over two days, attendees will collaborate to define topics and content in an interactive, open-space format. We look forward to seeing you there!

Accommodation is not included, since the hotel’s group offer was more expensive than booking individually. No stress though - Caleta de Fuste has options for every budget, and the Sheraton is within a 15-minute walk from anywhere in the village.

It is a tradition to open up the Flight Levels Future Lab to a limited number of seats to Flight Levels enthusiasts who are not Flight Levels Guides® (FLG) or Flight Levels Coaches® (FLC). This represents your unique opportunity to engage directly with advanced professionals and contribute your ideas and insights.
Please note that this is not a training event where you learn the basics of Flight Levels. Given the event’s interactive, open-space style, each participant is expected to contribute actively to discussions and workshops. Your insights and experiences are invaluable as we collectively navigate the future of Flight Levels. Therefore, your participation will benefit not only your professional growth but also the evolution of the Flight Levels approach as a whole.
