Flight Levels Future Lab is the annual gathering for people who care deeply about Flight Levels®, organizational effectiveness, and the next evolution of how work flows across an organization.
FLFL 2026 brings the community together in Vienna to explore the questions that matter now: How is the world of work changing? What does AI make possible? What is becoming harder? What do organizations need from Flight Levels next?
And what can we learn from each other when experienced practitioners, partners, coaches, guides, and curious Flight Levels enthusiasts work on these questions together?
This is a working community event. You bring your questions, your experience, your patterns, your tensions, and your ideas. The agenda emerges from the people in the room.

The agenda is created by the people in the room
There is no pre-defined speaker lineup and no fixed sequence of presentations. Instead, participants bring the topics they care about, and together we create the agenda at the event.
This format works especially well when the topic is important, complex, and full of possibilities. And that is exactly where Flight Levels is right now.
Bring the questions you are working on. Bring the patterns you are seeing in organizations. Bring the things you are excited about, uncertain about, or experimenting with.
How it works
Anyone can propose a session: a conversation, working group, experiment, experience report, question, or deep dive. You choose where you can learn or contribute most.

Is FLFL 2026 only for Flight Levels Professionals?
No. FLFL 2026 is open to Flight Levels Professionals, partners, alumni, practitioners, and people who are seriously interested in Flight Levels and its future. A limited number of seats is available for people outside the formal Flight Levels Professional community.
Is this a training event?
No. FLFL is not a Flight Levels introduction or certification workshop. It is an interactive community event in an open-space format. Participants are expected to contribute actively to the conversations.
What is the format?
FLFL 2026 will use an Open Space format. Participants bring the topics they care about, and the agenda is created together at the event.
When does the event take place?
FLFL 2026 takes place on 09–10 November 2026. The event runs from 09:00 to 17:00 on both days.
