Flight Levels Day

From optimizing a team to redesigning how an entire organization flows
Flight Levels Day Talk by: Victor Fairén
What happens when you try to scale agility in an organization that already believes it has the "perfect process"?
In this talk, I will share a real case of transformation starting from the operational level: beginning with a single product line in Marketing and R&D, and progressively evolving towards coordination across multiple teams, products, and strategic decisions.
We started in a highly structured environment, with custom-built tools designed to ensure control… where introducing new ways of working was not exactly the most comfortable option. Through small steps, continuous learning, and a strong focus on delivering tangible value, we gradually expanded the scope—from Team Level to Coordination Level… eventually starting to influence how decisions are made at the organizational level.
Small spoiler: organizational transformation is not about implementing frameworks, but about developing the ability to adapt, learn, and evolve the system as a whole.
A practical, no-nonsense story about how to scale from operations… when the context doesn’t help… and which decisions truly make the difference.
