Since 1998 I have successfully implemented numerous IT projects as a freelance IT consultant.After many years as Software Developer, Architect, Requirements Engineer / Business Analyst, my focus shifted more and more to agile process models/frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and agile value creation.I know all Scrum roles Developer, Product Owner and Scrum Master from many years of practical experience.In recent years, my main interest has been the agile challenges at a company or organizational level: Agile Scaling (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale), Business Agility, Agile Leadership and Lean Management.
