I support companies in finding their own way to agility and in choosing the appropriate method. In doing so, I work out the “why” together with the customer and develop individual solutions that are consistent with the company's specifics. In my role as an agile coach, I fall back on many years of experience as a agile team member  and as a Scrum Master. In the last few years I have gained more experience in the area of Kanban and Business Agility in the form of flight levels. Before I started working as an agile coach, I worked as a communication and change expert for many years. These experiences help me when working with teams and building systems and the interactions within them.
